My boyfriend and I love Jillian's. The food and beer selection is phenomenal and being able to get flights is pretty special around here. The staff is very friendly. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because half the time we go, the service is incredibly slow and getting dinner will take over an hour, like, i have been there on nights where we didn't see a server for 30 minutes after we were seated. So, if you are not in a hurry (which we usually aren't) I would say this is your place.
This place while it does have good food is a huge hit or miss. Honestly more miss than hit. Waited too long to be seated and about 30 mins of waiting for her to get our drink orders. Ended up leaving at that point.
The service and atmosphere are great! However the menu needs some serious revamping. But I guess u get what u pay for. Decent prices and just O.K. food
Have been to Jillian's many times. Food and drinks are always good but this lunch missed the mark. Had clam cakes and chowder. Chowder was good as usual. They have more clams than most! Cakes were over done and smelled burnt. Was in a hurry so didn't send them back but they should not have been served. This is the 1st bad experience I've had here.
I love the drinks, food & bartenders!!! The atmosphere is relaxed during the day & late afternoon. Sex on the Beach drinks with some Slider burgers & it's a good day!!!
