Not happy at all! Looked on-line at their website and requested a birthday vase of flowers like what I had viewed. Asked for delivery which was prompt. Asked for a Mylar ballon as well and recieved a 3inch ballon insert. The girl that took my call obviously, didn't know what I asked for. All in all this first and last purchase set me back $60.00 for what looks like a $25.00 vase assembly. If you need flowers stick with Pomfrets - you'll get what you pay for..
