Today I saw two of this company's busses going the wrong way down a one way in front of the post office in Newport, then both of the busses crossing over a median where people were crossing the street, holding up traffic for 5 minutes and endangering the lives of padestrians. I would not trust this bus company to drive anyone around, they're a huge safety hazard!
We used Fisher Bus to transport our guests from three different hotels to and from our wedding at Glen Manor. We then later decided to use the same buses earlier in the day to transport the bridal party from two separate locations to Glen Manor rather than get limos and the additional cost was nothing compared to having to do a second rental of limos. We had the motor coaches and they were perfectly clean and all our guests were very comfortable! The bus drivers were very accommodating with any and all requests the day of the wedding. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
Our original driver Doug was fantastic - give him 5 plus rating; however, they pulled him off our return trip home due to hours. (understandable ) HOWEVER, the replacement driver refused to meet us on our route home and added an extra hour to our (already long) trip. Doug tried to impress upon him how unfair & inconvenient, and not an acceptable way to treat customers, but the replacing driver was a JERK. We all felt we were treated unfairly. What about the customer is always right? Totally unacceptable and we all should receive apologies from the company & we sure hope our tour director does not use this service again without a clarification as to our rights for staying to a scheduled route & timing.
Clean, on time, friendly professional Service, no problems! I can recommend it!
the air conditioning sucked the bus broke down in the middle of no where. Also there was no radio and the TVs SUCKED
