Be very careful at this business! Went to the automated bay on Friday evening, 3/17/17 for a quick wash just to get the salt off my car. Put $20. in and did not get change. That, however, was not the problem. The machine said to give the receipt to the attendant for your change, except no receipt printed. As it was a Friday evening it was understandable that no one was there so I went back the following day. There were two other customers with the same issue. Right out of the gate, before I said a word the attendant became confrontational. Dealing with him was so bad that the police were called. The attendant told us he had no money to give us a refund, gave us a phone number (said it was the owner???). Called the number and it went to an answering machine at the business. Once the police were arrived I did receive my refund. I wonder how many customers have not followed through and just left their change behind?
Purchased the 13$ wheel works car wash and my vehicle is just as dirty as it was when I arrived. Dust and road dirt still cover all the panels on my vehicle and it was not filthy to start with. Buyer beware, save your money and visit any place other than this establishment. A pouring rain storm could clean my car better.
Used to be pretty decent. Not anymore. Still soap on the car after the automatic. The card readers almost never work either. Lights out all over the place. Don't waste your time.
Worse car wash ever. Paid 15.00 and my truck was dirtier after. Soap everywhere. Real rip off
