Cleanest repair shop in our area! Didnt even know it was there! Stopped in yesterday for the first time, "Billy", ..was super friendly, ..informative and answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him! "Bob", (I think his name was) in office also nice. Clean waiting area, clean garage. Coming from a "car family", I was always told, if a mechanics shop is sloppy and unkempt....more than likely their work is too! I was very impressed with this place, labor charges are reasonable and fair prices. Glad to have a new local mechanic!
The guys at Norwest just finished my Jeep, they were more than reasonable, easy to work with...and best of all...my truck is running better than the day I bought it :) Thanks guys! We will be back for sure next time we need a mechanic!
Been there just for inspection stickers. Tried twice, and both times with two different vehicles. Neither was "good enough" in their opinion. What a joke. Can't even do that right, and I'm supposed to trust them with my vehicle?
well-run & well-kept facility. mechanics are friendly. took the time to explain to me what was wrong w/ my car. saved me money by spending more time working on my vehicle than having to replace all that could have been replaced. they gave me options to repair what was wrong - that's something you don't see today! have always dealt with my family & I honestly. never got the sense that i was being taken advantage of. the funny thing is that both my vehicles work great now b/c of what they fixed. i only go here now for oil changes. one more thing, they seem to have the latest & greatest tech and as far as i can see they're the busiest shop in town...which is a good thing! highly recommend these guys. honest, hard-working and they stand behind the job.
