I wish I could leave NO STARS. Completely unprofessional sales team. Went on a Saturday to look at a vehicle, told them we would be back tomorrow to work out details. Salesman said he would put the vehicle on hold. Came in the next day only to be told it was just sold. And given an attitude saying we should have put a deposit when it made no sense since they still didnt have the title for the vehicle So they couldn't sell it anyways. BUT YET THEY SOLD IT ANYWAYS. So wasted my time going there TWICE for nothing. Way to lie to a customer, will be taking our money elsewhere. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
Stay away from this place, very unprofessional and dishonest. A simple brake pad replacement two oil changes ago would have saved me from replacing the rotators...please stay away, very dishonest.
Purchased a brand new car from this dealership. I was told the car had features it did not have. After going to the manager(s) with this information they did nothing. Basically told me I should have done my research and what the salesman said didn't matter. Additionally the car had rust under both wheel wells. I was told this we just surface rust and again they would not be doing anything to fix the issue. This is a brand new 2017 Dodge Challenger. I would highly recommend you do business elsewhere. My experience with the dealership has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Hope this review helps you make your new car buying decisions!
To make matters worse, I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation as well. After they did the oil change and tire rotation, they drove the jeep outside of the garage and walked over to hand me my bill. The gentleman then stated that "we did the service, tire rotation, etc...you also need new front brake pads and rotators." I told him to please proceed and fix the front brakes. Instead of coming to me while the jeep was on the lift and the tires were off for the tire rotation. They take the jeep off the lift, drive it outside the garage, let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Bring it back in the garage for the brake issue and charge me double the labor time.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bring your car here for service. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee brand new, only brought it to this dealership due to being closer to my home. Last two oil changes I have complained about my brakes. Both times I received a response that my pads and rotators are fine, there is nothing wrong. Brought the Jeep in today, only 44k miles, needs new pads and rotators. So clearly something was wrong with the pads and they ignored that so they could eventually charge me for both pads and rotators.
We were told we needed a credit score of 720 or higher to lease a new Jeep, which is a complete lie! Left there & went right up to Central Jeep in Raynam where we leased a beautiful new 2017 Jeep Wrangler! Don't waste your time going there & go see David at Central Jeep in Raynam!
